Role Responsibilities

• Responsible for running medium‑size projects, including client‑facing development, design, and coordination of engineering services for mechanical or electrical installations, systems, equipment, and facilities.
• Develop and specify controls, instruments, and operating systems for all building engineering services.
• Survey, test, and report on existing electrical/mechanical installations.
• Specify activities to ensure manufacturing, construction, installation, and operational testing comply with functional specifications and customer requirements.
