Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in overseeing overall project progress, manpower planning, and monitoring of project schedules Prepare engineering design details and technical documentation where required Conduct testing & commissioning and perform basic troubleshooting of ACMV systems Ensure project milestones and completion timelines are met Coordinate daytoday site activities with main contractors, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders Plan, prepare, and arrange site inspections with the main contractor or RTO Manage resource allocation and submit daily work progress updates and manpower forecasts Monitor, request, and follow up on equipment and material deliveries Ensure all equipment, materials, and site works comply with project specifications and standards Prepare, submit, and secure approval for MOS, RA, SWP, shop drawings, materials, equipment, RFA, RFI, and other required documents Attend technical meetings, daily site progress meetings, and safety meetings...
