To beresponsible for the execution, planning, coordination, monitoring & commissioning of the project assigned by the Project Manager.
To attend site meetings relating to the project assigned & prepare progress reports as and when required by the management & client.
To liaise and discuss with consultants, the main contractor & subcontractors concerning the project's technical & coordination issues.
To take measurements, check & verify all claims made by contractors undertaking the company's work.
To prepare monthly progress claims, maintain up-to-date records of the claims and follow up on the payment certificate for the particular project assigned by the project manager.
To coordinate & liaise between departments daily company activities related to project implementation, design, planning, material procurement, delivery, installation, testing & commissioning, and maintenance & service.
