As Project Engineer, you will support and lead the successful delivery of capital projects at a large‑scale Christchurch dairy manufacturing site, including a new membrane plant, new milk storage silos, and other strategic site upgrades. Reporting to the National Project Manager, you will work closely with operations, site engineering, contractors, and vendors to integrate new assets safely into a live plant while minimising business interruption.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver end‑to‑end capital projects, from concept and detailed design through installation, commissioning, and performance testing.
• Coordinate with Operations to plan works, manage shutdowns, and ensure safe, efficient integration of new process equipment into existing production.
