1. To manage projects and to provide technical and management guidance to the assigned PM or engineers. Monitoring all projects closely to ensure he/she managed the project within the given time, cost and quality constraint stipulated in the contract.
2. To adopt the Project Management Methodology for project implementation: -
β’ the project scheduling, resource planning, and material logistics, overall management, coordination, supervision, quality control/assurance and budgetary control of projects implemented.
