Involve in overall project planning and execution from project inception to completion.
Review architectural, structural and civil drawings and specifications to ensure constructability and coordination prior to execution.
Identify, evaluate and recommend solutions for design discrepancies, clashes, conflicts and technical issues.
Liaise closely with consultants, clients, architects, contractors and relevant authorities to expedite drawings, approvals and technical submissions.
Coordinate and supervise all Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Monitor site progress, workmanship, material usage and productivity to ensure project milestones are achieved within the approved schedule.
