Responsibilities - Maintain strict oversight of contractor activities to ensure compliance with the project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Monitor the overall progress of the project against the planned timeline and deliverables.
- Coordinate between internal departments/teams and external stakeholders.
- Review and manage contractor deliverables, ensuring compliance with the contract terms and conditions.
- Evaluate and approve variations, change orders, and claims submitted by contractors.
