Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Control Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.
Monitor project progress against approved schedules and coordinate mitigation actions to avoid delays.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
Resource & Manpower Planning Plan and allocate manpower resources efficiently to enhance operational productivity.
Review and check material take-off and material lists against project requirements to avoid shortages or surplus.
Coordinate manpower drafting and deployment schedules in line with project needs and site progress.
Technical & Engineering Support Possess fundamental HVAC design knowledge to support project execution and technical coordination.
