**Description:** The Program Support & Compliance (PS&C) team is part of the Eastern Range (ER) Mission Operations Directorate within Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM). We are a high performing, collaborative group focused on coordinating across ER in areas such as Risk Management, Internal Audits, Documentation and Technical Support. Our team works closely with 28 cross functional partners—including System Integration and Test Engineering, Quality Assurance (QA), and Warehouse/Maintenance Operations to ensure compliance to program requirements and processes.
Daily Responsibilities:
• Participate in the Comprehensive Assessment Program (CAP) by aiding in the coordination of monitors, conducting independent monitors (i.e. processes, locally developed policy), supporting Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions, audits and evaluations
