**Opportunity**

This position is based at the Kohler facility in Huntsville, Alabama. This manufacturing facility produces Sterling Vikrell and Kohler Choreograph Bathing & Showering products. As a Kohler Co. Staff Engineer, you will take ownership of managing and improving assigned plant processes to support plant strategic goals of those processes. You will continuously driveto keep assigned manufacturing processes as current and efficient as possible, especially regarding process equipment, systems, and software.

**Specific Responsibilities:**
