Overview
The Project Engineer (Equipment & MPFS) is responsible for the implementation of Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary works to ensure conformance with plans & specifications. The position also prepares the schedule of preventive maintenance of in-house equipment in the project site.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Cost: Estimate, monitor, and control plumbing quantities (material, labor, equipment, and subcon).
- Production: Coordinate with the Cost & Schedule Engineer for the preparation of the baseline cost & schedule.
- Prepare and submit request for materials, labor, equipment, & subcon.
- Monitor and supervise MPFS works.
- Assist service providers and utility company for inspection & installation of water/sanitary lines inside the project site.
- Submit weekly MPFS accomplishment.
