Project Engineer
Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Project Engineer to lead and manage complex test projects across mechanical, aerospace, electrical, and fiber optic systems. You will work directly with customers and internal teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects safely, accurately, and on time.
Responsibilities

+ Manage test projects from start to finish including planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting

+ Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project

+ Review customer test plans, requirements, and technical documents

+ Develop test plans, procedures, and work instructions

+ Coordinate with lab teams to set up and run tests

+ Design and manage test setups including equipment, instrumentation, and fixtures

+ Monitor project scope and timelines and communicate any changes

+ Source materials, vendors, and services as needed
