Plan and develop project plan, identify potential project risk and take appropriate actions to close gaps with stakeholders in a timely manner.
Coordinate with Production and Engineering on technical deliverables: spec review, BOM, drawings, and ensure PO is triggered by sales correctly within required time.
Chair discussions to resolve indirect and direct material issues with the Materials team.
Initiate and attend conference calls with Customer/Internal or any ad‑hoc meeting activities.
Support the project manager in project scheduling & update material need dates in SAP on time, especially when there is any pull in/push out by customer.
Ensure all Engineering Change Request/Order (ECR/ECO) are submitted for pilot and production, conduct necessary ECO reviews, and track all ECOs to ensure cut‑in on schedule.
Liaise with production, quality & buyer teams for RMA closure.
