Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer A leading engineering firm in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer to spearhead the execution of high-value Oil & Gas modular package projects. This role is critical for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in full compliance with international standards.
Key Responsibilities - Lead projects from pre-bid proposals to final delivery, ensuring all deliverables meet contract specifications.
- Develop and review design bases, P&IDs, equipment sizing, and process design calculations for skid-mounted packages.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and sub-vendors, facilitating smooth interdepartmental communication.
- Track project progress, manage risks/opportunities, and handle change management processes.
- Prepare technical evaluations for sub-vendor offers and provide recommendations to the procurement team.
