Position Overview
**Role Responsibilities:**
+ Reviews project expenditures to ensure the accuracy of all invoices/applications for payment in accordance with purchase order and subcontract terms and conditions. Also ensures that they are processed (approved/authorized) in a timely manner.
+ Updates project schedules and prepares project management correspondences and documents effectively on all aspects of the implementation phases, including customer meeting minutes, team assignments/action item tracking, letters, memorandums, transmittals and RFIs.
+ Acts as the primary contact with customers, develops a professional relationship, and understands the customer needs to meet those within the bounds of contracted scope.
+ Understands and communicates job schedule to all project team members to ensure timely completion of project.
+ Adjusts orders for any changes to the scope for moderate projects.
