A Construction Project Engineer acts as the vital link between the office and the field. They support the Project Manager and Superintendent by managing project documentation, tracking budgets, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the project is safely delivered on time and within specifications.
- Document Control: Manage, track, and process Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals between field personnel, architects, and engineers.
- Budget & Cost Control: Assist with cost forecasting, process change orders, review subcontractor billings, and verify pay applications.
- Scheduling & Procurement: Help create and update master project schedules. Organize material deliveries and assist with bid analysis and procurement.
