Responsibilities

• Manage construction execution to meet project timelines and specifications from site preparation through build-out
• Align construction, installation, and assembly of components, equipment, and systems with approved plans and drawings
• Prepare timely construction progress reports addressing contract terms on cost, quality, and schedule
• Document and track action items and follow-ups from project meetings to ensure resolution
• Liaise with clients for site inspections, submit technical reports, and maintain comprehensive site records
