Assist the Project Manager in managing and monitoring the project progress to meet contractual requirements and timely delivery of committed work-scope within agreed schedule
Coordinate effort from internal stakeholders and ensure effective delivery of contractual commitments.
Attend to daily tasks relating to project work of:-
Conduct meetings with clients, external consultants, internal stakeholders from various disciplines, record meeting minutes.
Prompt submission of documents (Engineering Design, Project Execution Plan, Schedule Progress Reports, Work Procedures, Derived Results, etc…) to clients and coordinate with internal stakeholders to address findings from these submittals.
Conduct Factory Acceptance Test as “Test Director”, working with internal subject Matter Expert (Test Commander) to explain the test process, demonstrate test performance with record of results.
