Position Overview

            RESPONSIBILITIES Be part of the site team to perform engineering design, project management and oversee drawing management, and control of technical documentation; 
Good knowledge of Singapore Building Regulations and codes, design development & detailing; 
To assist Project Manager for site planning, coordination, supervision, monitoring and inspections 
To ensure site activities are executed in full compliance with technical specification and approved drawings within project budget and schedule; 
To liaise with authorities, consultants and subcontractors for technical submittal and approval; 
To adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices; 
To ensure efficient control and use of manpower, equipment and materials onsite without wastage; 
Others ad-hoc related duties as assigned.
