Position Overview
Key Responsibilities: Manage, design, develop, create and maintain various scale construction projects in a safe, timely manner. Liaise with Clients, Consultants, and Authorities on the project status from time to time. Carry out technical and feasibility studies for technical specifications. Assess potential risks, materials and costs and provide advice to resolve any emerging problems/deficiencies. Project implementation involving all authorities applications/ submissions, work procedures. Monitor progress and compile reports on project status. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned. Requirements: Possess a recognized Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Prior working experience in civil engineering will be an advantage. Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc. Class 3 Driving License preferred.
