Check design discrepancies between Structural and architectural drawings
Check formwork and reinforcement
Follow-up on amendments on drawings and execution of variation works, such as additions and modifications
Co-ordinate with the Project Team, Consultants and Sub Contractors for work progress.
Prepare documents, reports, and coordinate site operations.
Communicates and maintains public relations with relevant parties like Client’s representative, local authorities, communities, and the general public.
Prepare or compile site progress reports.
Ensure all site activities comply with the authority/statutory requirements.
Enforce safe work practices at the workplace
Job specifications
Possess a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or Building Construction (recognized by BCA)
Possess BCA supervisors’ safety certification
