Subordinates: Site Manager, Site Supervisor
Responsibilities - Monitoring site and coordinate the works of sub-contractors
- Ensure all workers implement and follow Project Rules & Regulations, Safety Rules & Regulations & Work Instruction
- Work out work program / Schedule
- Ensure site works are according to drawings, contract specifications and work schedule
- Attend valuation of progress claim (site measurement) with subcontractor
- Verify subcontractors’ claim
- Handle health & Safety (conduct HIRARC) & Quality Assurance & Nonconformance in the project
- Liaise between clients, authorities and subcontractors
- Site surveying & prepare documents for site check list
