Job Description: Junior Coordinate end-to-end PMO activities to ensure the new Mega Facility goes live according to the planned timeline, including tracking milestones, risk management, and cross-team alignment Manage multi-stakeholder collaboration across Operations, Warehouse, Facility, Automation/Engineering teams, Regional functions, vendors, and landlords to drive smooth project execution Support layout planning, workflow design review, and process validation to ensure operational feasibility and long-term scalability of the new facility Monitor construction, renovation, and equipment installation progress highlight gaps and work with stakeholders to solve issues proactively Coordinate machine improvement initiatives, including reviewing automation design, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing enhancements for throughput and efficiency Support sourcing and evaluation of new facilities, including site assessment, operational requirement validation, and preliminary feasibility chec...
