Responsibilities

• Managing the floor cycle to ensure the master construction program remains on schedule.
• Ensuring all structural, architectural, and M&E works are executed according to approved shop drawings, technical specifications, and local building codes.
• Coordinating various trades (formwork, rebar, MEP, facade) and managing limited site space and vertical logistics, specifically tower crane and hoist scheduling.
• Maintaining a zero‑tolerance approach to safety, with a heavy focus on high‑risk activities such as working‑at‑height, edge protection, and falling object prevention.
• Monitoring material usage to minimize wastage, preparing progress reports, and managing site records (site diaries, RFIs, and inspection forms) to support progress claims.
• Acting as the primary point of contact between the site team, consultants, and the client to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project handover.
