Act as primary customer contact, and provide technical support and regular updates to customers on project development in a timely manner.
Communicate and coordinate with clients and relevant parties pertaining to the technical requirements and engineering aspects of the assigned projects.
Review, prepare, administer and implement Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection Test Plans and other operational procedures in accordance with the project specifications, client’s surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing/engineering practices; enforce the same on operations during project execution.
Provide expertise and advisory support to ensure operations effectively and responsibly execute, and consistently maintain quality workmanship and conformance to design and project specifications, and good manufacturing/engineering practices.
