Experience: 5yrs to 12yrs
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field with 5 years of program or project management experience in a semiconductor or EDA company
Direct experience managing release planning, schedules, and content for hardware or IP products with multiple cross-functional dependencies
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority, driving alignment and execution across engineering, product, and business functions
Strong grasp of semiconductor IP development workflows, including design, verification, integration, and release processes
Experience identifying, framing, and escalating technical and schedule risks to executives with the right level of context and urgency
