- Minimum Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Experience: 17–20 years (Experience in PV plants, BESS plants, Substations; working with leading contractors; knowledge of GOST, Uzbekistan Local Practices, IEC standards)
- Languages: Russian & English
