Responsibilities:
Review architectural drawings, specifications and tender documents Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals Ensure all estimates meet deadlines and company quality standards Request & evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing Identify project risks, missing information and value-engineering opportunities
