Project Estimator Job Number: 25-05194 Our client, a premiere Charlotte based Contractor, is looking for a Project Estimator to join their growing team in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities: Prepare estimates for submission to the Client. Submit RFI's for bid clarifications. Coordinate and attend site visits. Work with the construction department to turn over projects. Prepare sub-list based on complexity and size of project. Attend and / or organize site visits with respective trades. Thoroughly read and review drawings and associated bid package. Assist in preparing RFP packages with other departments. Submit RFI's to appropriate parties for clarifications regarding scope, details, and specifications. Forward RFI's responses to respective sub-contractors. Prepare quantity take-offs of drawings and compare scope with sub-contractors for accuracy.
