This position, will manage a team to develop estimates for projects with many stakeholders. Providing key technical leadership and direct input to proposals, strategic plans, client presentation, and contract negotiations. The leadership and expertise will ensure that deliverables are within scope, performed at a low cost, and consistent with the proposal budget.
