Job Overview

Reporting to the Commercial Estimating Manager, as the Commercial Estimator/Project Manager, you will prepare, review, and adjust estimates to facilitate construction projects. You will also act as the primary contact for related parties regarding the scope of projects and drawings.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing, estimating, and managing price change orders for active projects.
• Performing accurate take-offs of architectural and structural drawings in systems.
• Submitting requests for information (RFIs) to architects, engineers, and/or general contractors to clarify the scope of work and drawing details as necessary.
