JOB SUMMARY:



The Project Execution Officer supports the Senior Project Execution Officer in ensuring the timely and successful delivery of approved projects. The role focuses on facilitating, monitoring, and aligning deliverables from functional teams (e.g., Legal, Document Control, Engineering, Permitting, Finance) to ensure continuity from acquisition through project readiness. The officer contributes by tracking progress, surfacing issues early, and recommending solutions that keep projects on time, within budget, and compliant with internal and external requirements.



REQUIREMENTS:



Graduate of Engineering, Business/Management, or any equivalent bachelor's degree course.

With at least 3 years of work experience in project management, land acquisition, real estate development, permitting, or related fields.
