Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline.10-12 years of experience in large-scale ERP transformation programme.Proven track record delivering Oracle Fusion (or equivalent) implementations end-to-end.Strong domain expertise in Finance, Procurement, and Vendor Management.Deep experience in: Data migration and system integration
ERP-enabled process transformation.
Strong team player with attention to detail, resilience under pressure and an adaptable and resourceful mindset.
Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Structured, data-driven, outcome-focused with high integrity and resilience.
