About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Head to oversee the implementation of the Learning Equaliser programme, aimed at building science capital among secondary school students in government schools. Working closely with Qualcomm and District Partners, the Project Head will manage programme delivery across 25 intervention schools and 5 controlled schools, ensuring strategic alignment, high-quality implementation, and measurable outcomes.
