Position Overview

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
  • Master’s Degree in Power Systems Engineering
  • Licensed Electrical Engineer (PRC or equivalent)
  • PMP Certification
  • Safety Training (BOSH/COSH or equivalent)
  • ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification
  • QA/QC Training
  • Grid Code or Utility Compliance Training
  • Minimum 8–10 years of engineering experience
  • At least 5 years in transmission line or power infrastructure projects
  • Experience in dam and hydropower projects including plant-to-grid interface
  • Experience in tower erection, conductor stringing, and testing/commissioning
  • Experience working in remote or mountainous project sites preferred
  • Knowledge of transmission line design and installation standards
  • Familiarity with IEC/IEEE standards
  • Understanding of grid interconnection requirements
  • Knowledge of FIDIC contract provisions
