Overview Singapore - land surveying work schedule to ensure all drawings are accurately surveyed and to be utilized by construction project team.
Responsibilities - Establish monitoring procedures that provide sufficient information on structural stability of structures subjected to horizontal and vertical movements.
- Manage and maintain survey instruments and survey data and records.
- Maintain surveying equipment in good condition and ensure regular calibration of surveying equipment.
- Liaise with Registered Surveyors for pre-computation plan, drawing, setting out and as-built survey for Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP).
Requirements - Diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Building, Civil Engineering or equivalent recognized by SISV.
- At least 5 years of site experience in building surveying and setting out works, preferably in building project.
