Scope Management

• Provide governance and functional support to the project team.
• Define project scope, clearly outline project objectives, deliverables, and key milestones.

Planning / Scheduling

• Interface with project delivery team members with regard to schedule status.
• Ensure schedule is aligned to contractual timings where applicable.
• Assist with stakeholder management to explain schedule slippage, if required.

Procurement Management

• Provide functional support to the projects to enable appropriate delivery of the procurement process.
• Leverage procurement process and learnings across the project team to provide increased effectiveness on individual projects.
