PURPOSE

According to the department’s overall strategy, build and maintain communication and collaboration platforms with key customers， in order to establish a solid foundation for effective communication with key customers on the platform; support the line manager and team in handling internal company business, including project application and approval processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Based on the department’s overall strategy, deeply understand the needs of key customers and key customer managers. In key markets, develop relevant cooperation with third-party platforms (including but not limited to relevant associations, societies, universities, or research organizations) to help the company build communication and collaboration platforms, effectively deliver communication messages, and enhance the company’s brand image.
