RESPONSIBILITIES:
Evaluate, monitor, administer, and ensure the Property Management Plan (PMP) is executed IAW government property (GP) control regulations, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and the J-Tech II ContractDesign major portions of the survey/audit requirements for evaluating the property control system.Analyze the property control system and identify problem areas and uneconomical or ineffective procedures or practices.Conduct annual or special surveillances or audits ensuring proper management of GP and prepare formal summaries of findings and recommendations.Provide advice to the Range Manager regarding noncompliance with approved procedures and other significant problem areas obtained t...
