About the Role

You’ll join our Supply Chain experts within the Performance Improvement Centre of Expertise (PI CoE), based in our Mexico City office for Bain Capability Network. This team plays a critical role in supporting consulting teams globally by driving cost reduction and optimization efforts across procurement, supply chain, and broader cost transformation initiatives. You’ll work closely with Bain consulting teams and subject‑matter experts to deliver high‑impact client solutions. As part of this collaborative and fast‑paced environment, you’ll help shape data‑driven strategies and innovative approaches to complex operational challenges.

What you’ll do

• Lead teams of Associates and Analysts to deliver high‑impact, client‑ready outputs, focusing on supply chain analytics such as network optimization and inventory (safety stock) optimization.
• Generate actionable insights and translate complex data into clear business recommendations. <...
