Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager to ensure that all Key Performance Indicators are met to the required standards.
• Responsible for the content Quality Assurance (QA) management and schedule.
• Ensure the Content Governance Framework is relevant and kept up to date.
• Ensure proper and timely archival of all learning content into Learning Portal.
• Responsible for working out acceptance test for User Acceptance Test (UAT) / on-site Acceptance Test (OSAT).
• Schedule OSAT for all eContent and application development.
• Assist in Post Implementation Review.
• Timely and responsive follow-up with end users for all operations issues on content.
