Responsibilities

Agile Delivery & Scrum Leadership

• Act as a servant leader, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing environment and strengthening relationships between Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.
• Manage Scrum teams and ensure effective execution of Agile methodologies across all product development initiatives.
• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
