Project Management Organization & Integration Lead 
 

Summary:

The ZRL PMO & Integration Lead is responsible for the development of ZRL’s Portfolio, Program and Project Management systems and operations, and for coordinating the integration of newly acquired/added laboratory businesses into ZRL’s operating model. As the primary ZRL PMO representative, this position leads the development of the ZRL PMO strategy and partners with cross-functional leaders to deliver effective and efficient operations and a culture of continual improvement. This position provides oversight of ZRL projects including project budgets, capital expense planning, governance, and tracking. This position also manages and directs the work of project-related resources within ZRL including (but not limited to) the areas of internal communications and integration workstreams.
