Position Overview
The Project Manager, Account Production (Internal), will successfully plan, coordinate, and execute internal projects and event-related deliverables. This position partners closely with the Project Management (PM) team, cross-functional departments, and, when necessary, external clients and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to established timelines.
Key Contributions of the Role
+ Maintain and track the Event Production inbox with oversight from the Manager, Account Production (AP).
+ Create and track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
+ Provide overflow support to the Account Service Representative (ASR) and Sponsorship teams on day-to-day logistical planning and execution of event needs.
+ Partner with Account Executives (AEs) and Operations teams to prepare and maintain required event data and on-site documentation.
