A Project Planner is responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. They support project teams by identifying critical paths, forecasting delays, and maintaining efficient resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Development: Prepare detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project performance, identify variances, and update schedules accordingly.
• Critical Path & Delay Analysis: Analyze the impact of changes or delays and propose mitigation strategies.
• Reporting: Generate weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules for management and stakeholders.
