Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Lead and manage projects from concept to handover 
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities 
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources 
Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements 
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies 
Manage stakeholder communication and reporting 
Oversee project performance, progress, and quality standards 
Ensure alignment with client expectations and consultancy standards 
 Qualifications  Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering 
18 to 25 Years of Experience 
Strong PMC / Consultancy Background 
High-Rise Building Experience 
UAE/GCC Experience Preferred 
PMP Certification is an Advantage 
Strong Leadership & Stakeholder Management Skills
