Job Description
As a Project Manager – SaaS Implementations, you’ll lead end‑to‑end delivery of ELMO solutions for our customers. You’ll be the primary point of contact across business and technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, in scope, and with a great customer experience.
What you’ll be focused on
Own and manage project timelines, resolving scheduling conflicts and keeping delivery on track Guide customer project managers and project teams using ELMO’s implementation methodology Keep stakeholders informed with clear, regular updates on status, milestones, risks, and issues Identify and manage project risks and dependencies, proactively resolving issues to ensure successful outcomes Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost with minimal disruption and clear impact communication Maintain clear, comprehensive project documentation<...
