  • Graduate degree (B.Tech/B.E) in Civil, Architecture, or related discipline.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate site execution.
  • Strong track record in managing the full project lifecycle from mobilization to handover.
  • Sound technical knowledge of civil, architectural, MEP, and interior finishing works.
