Our mission is to strengthen the Engineering team of our client, supporting a group of 4 engineers to accelerate the delivery of functional enhancements in debt management processes, while also serving as a Business IT liaison to gather, analyze, and formalize business needs for traceability and regulatory compliance. Additionally, we aim to ensure solution quality by planning and executing functional testing, validating conformance to requirements, and facilitating a smooth rollout to end users. Key responsibilities include requirements gathering through stakeholder sessions, translating business needs into clear Business Requirements (BR), ensuring correct use of the Olympic debt management module, development planning and tracking, functional testing, defect management, training and change enablement, documentation upkeep, and reporting to management.
