Requirements

• This role requires an experienced and highly organised project manager with strong carbon project delivery experience, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively across technical, commercial, operational, and finance functions
• Strong large scale project management experience, ideally within NBS Carbon Projects, forestry, food security, conservation, or international development
• Experience managing or supporting complex field-based project delivery in emerging markets, working cross culturally
• Experience working with implementation partners, NGOs, community-based organisations, or field delivery teams
• Experience managing budgets, reporting processes, operational tracking, and project administration
• Understanding of ARR projects and/or nature-based carbon project delivery, including at a least basic understanding of CCB/VCS requirements
